LOI Guidelines

  1. Letter Of Intent ( LOI )Reservation will be first come first serve basis. Once form is filled out, send the form right away to the admin email smdccebuofficial@gmail.com. You may also attached the signed Letter Of Intent to the form below.
  2. Letter Of Intent ( LOI ) shall indicate the specific block/lot title for reservation
  3. If specific block is already reserved, a queueing system will be implemented.
  4. Should the first reservation be invalid upon management’s review, 2nd in queue will be processed.
  5. The signatory/client from the LOI shall not be transferrable upon final
    reservation/license to sell.
  6. Indicative Price for all lots is P350,00/sqm. Final pricing will be announced and should be available anytime soon after LOI phase.

 7.  Reservation Fee is P500,000 per lot. Minimum Downpayment at 10% Spot and remaining amount is subject for 10 years maximum. Up to 15% total discounts for spot cash and deferred payments.
